How to Create an Investor Group

Investor groups are private clubs of accredited investors within BoulderTech, managed by a group admin (VC, family office, investment banker, or advisor).

At this stage, BoulderTech works hand-to-hand with each group admin to set up and manage groups. This section explains the flow so you understand how it works.

Steps in the Flow

  1. Apply as a Group Admin

    • Contact BoulderTech at support@bouldertech.fi to request group admin access.

    • Our team will review your profile and confirm eligibility.

  2. Set Up Your Group

    • We’ll work with you to define the group name, description, and focus area (sector, geography, ticket size, etc.).

  3. Invite Members

    • Share your group link with accredited investors.

    • Applications are reviewed and approved by you as the admin, with BoulderTech assisting in the process.

  4. Manage the Group

    • Approve/reject members.

    • Share deals with your network.

    • Communicate updates and maintain compliance, always supported by BoulderTech.
