Qualified Investor Declaration

I declare that I am a qualified investor and therefore eligible to invest with BoulderTech, as either a natural person, legal representative, or beneficial owner of an entity. I meet one of the following conditions:

I have sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to properly evaluate investment risks and merits. My income (for natural persons) has exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 with spouse) annually for the past two years. My net worth (for natural persons) is over $1,000,000, excluding my primary residence. My total assets (for entities such as corporations, associations, partnerships, or trusts) are at least $5 million, held either solely by the entity or partly by the entity and members of its group.
