What do I receive?

Holders of BoulderTech tokens earn dividends from the yield of the underlying securities. These dividends are displayed in real-time on your user dashboard within our Web3 app, ensuring transparency and immediate access to your earnings. Dividends are paid in stable coin.

Eligibility

To qualify for dividend payments, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must hold the tokens during the snapshot taken at 00:00 UTC on the ex-dividend date of the underlying asset.

• The proportion of the dividend you receive corresponds to the amount of tokens you hold at the time of the snapshot.

• Only token holders registered on BoulderTech and who have completed KYC are eligible.

• A minimum distribution amount of $10 USD is required to qualify for a payout.

Distribution Process

Once the dividends are declared, stable coin equivalent to the dividend value are automatically credited to your wallet. These tokens are redeemable for USDC at any time.

Viewing Your Dividends

You can view the accrued dividends and the current value of your investments directly on your portfolio page within the BoulderTech Web3 app. This real-time tracking allows you to make informed decisions about your investments.

Fees

A standard fee of 5% is deducted from the dividend amount as part of the distribution process. This fee covers the operational costs associated with managing and distributing dividends.
